Iligan City, Philippines – HARK Theological Seminary graduated seven candidates for Doctor of Theology (ThD) at the Iligan City campus July 31, 2021. Speaking at the graduation ceremony was Dr. Arnfield P. Cudal of West Palm Beach, FL. Three of the graduates, Dr. Jack Belotindos, Dr. Jun Tabada, and Dr. Narcisso Aringoy, are now professors of the seminary and have enrolled 28 more masters-level students.
